Fresh Sea Lake is a lake and a tourist area located in the Gayo Highlands, Central Aceh district, Aceh. West side of this lake there is a district town of Takengon, which is also the capital of Central Aceh district. Gayo tribe called this lake as the Lake of Lut Fresh.
Its width is about 5472 acres with a length of 17 km and width of 3.219 km. The volume of water is approximately 2,537,483,884 m³ (2.5 trillion liters).
